Working in conjunction with others, our Carer Support Workers can
provide a range of services to suit individual needs.

• Home visits to provide support and information
• Befriending for isolated, elderly or infirm carers
• Supporting and providing "Family Interventions"

Carer Support Groups

Our support groups offer opportunities for carers to meet up with
others for support, information and social activities.

• Monthly group meetings
• Carer breaks (with training option)
• Social events

Volunteer Scheme

Trained Connect Support Volunteers fulfil the important role of making contact with carers in the community.

We are available for presentations, teaching and training to assist other organisations and professionals involved in developing services for carers.
